Here are some updates in case you are stopping by for the first time or coming back to see what else is here:

• The LJ Layout Conversion Tutorial has been updated.  A lot.  Changes/modifications have been made and if you are having any problems with the usernames on your f-list not showing up, etc, it should have fixed that. Only four layouts are available to transfer over to DW, since a number of changes made to the source codes in the original LJ layouts have prevented conversion.
• Icon posts have been lacking, and I do this for fun and as a hobby. If you came here for icons, I apologize that they seem to scarce right now. Nothing really is inspiring me and I'm in the process of getting ready to move.

That's it really, but just letting people who just showed up know what is going on, etc. :)

Introduction
Welcome to starlit, an graphics and layout community owned and operated by crush. Feel free to join or subscribe to this community if you want, the more the merrier. I don't update as often as I'd like but here are some things I plan to include on this community.

• Tutorials on various topics.
• Icons (both animated and still)
• Graphics (layout headers, friends only banners, etc)
• Layouts (for your User Info and actual layouts)

More will come or be included as time passes. All graphic (i.e. icons, headers, banners) will be public for one week, and then be only viewable to members. The same goes for layouts. However tutorials will be left public permanently for those that are passing through.

If you migrated from LJ, which is probably the majority of you, you probably miss having layouts like Flexible Squares, Smooth Sailing, and Mixit.. Do not fear, there is a way around the system but you need a Paid, Premium, or Seed account. This will not work with Basic users, sorry to say. Dreamwidth recently announced that all users can use Layers, but for Basic users it's limited. So I've tried to make this as easy as possible, but if you have any questions/comments/concerns, just reply to this entry.
